Role The senior site engineer will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and budget adherence for residential interior projects. This role requires strong leadership skills to work with project teams and communicate effectively with clients. Key Skills - Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices - Project management skills - Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Budgeting and cost management - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of building codes and regulations Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s degree or higher Work Experience - Minimum: 3 years Roles & Responsibilities - Manage multiple interior design projects to completion and coordinating with designers - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity - Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and address challenges - Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards - Mentor and supervise junior site supervisors and carpenter teams Preferred Candidate Profile - Proven track record in managing residential interior design projects - Strong portfolio with experience in project management - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Salary - Starting at Rs.6.0 lakhs per annum (CTC) based on skills and experience Perks and Benefits - Competitive salary - Opportunities for professional development and training
