Key Responsibilities: Community Building & Engagement: Create an inclusive, loyal, and supercharged sports community. Organize regular engagement activities, build personal connections with players, and be the friendly face they always look forward to seeing. Event Planning & Execution: · Ideate, plan, and execute events – from tournaments to social mixers, from fitness workshops to screenings. Make our venue the place to be. Collaborations & Partnerships: · Work with cool local brands, food partners, wellness professionals, fitness experts, and more to add value to our community experience. Venue Vibes: · Ensure a clean, positive, and vibrant environment. Take care of basic hygiene, player well-being, and smooth operations that make everyone feel good and safe. Content & Buzz: · Capture moments, testimonials, stories, and fun reels that highlight what’s happening at our venue. Work with our marketing team to showcase the energy we live by.
