Lead - Cybersecurity Training Business

Job Title: Lead - Cybersecurity Training Location: Mumbai (Thane) / Pune About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven professional to lead our Cybersecurity Training business. This role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to scale our training vertical across B2B and B2C segments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the business strategy to expand our training vertical across geographies and customer segments. Business Development: Drive partnerships and enterprise relationships with corporates, universities, and government bodies for training engagements. Revenue Ownership: Own and achieve revenue targets through B2B deals, retail course sales, and strategic collaborations. Program Design: Oversee curriculum design, instructor onboarding, and delivery quality for all cybersecurity programs. Market Research & Positioning: Stay ahead of market trends in cybersecurity learning, identify gaps, and launch new programs. Operations & Delivery: Streamline operations for scale – from learning platforms to delivery frameworks, certifications, and support. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, delivery, and operations. Brand Building: Represent the brand at industry forums, panels, and events to position us as a top cybersecurity training provider. Qualification: 10–15 years of experience in the education/training industry with 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of scaling training businesses or managing a business unit (preferably in tech or cybersecurity education). Deep understanding of learning models (online/offline/hybrid), edtech platforms, and corporate training. Strong network across enterprise L&D teams, academia, and the cybersecurity ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. MBA or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience in cybersecurity, tech, or professional certification-driven education models. Exposure to global markets and clients. Passion for education, innovation, and workforce development.
