Design Coordinator

Responsibilities - Design Coordination from Concept to GFC. Timeline Management for PCP. Tracking progress of the design development. Regular Collaboration with the design team Throughout the life cycle- Design cost management. Maintain Design-related Reports. Post Completion Learning and implement corrective measures for future projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or a related field. Proven experience (min 6 years) in design coordination, preferably in real estate development or construction projects. Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Location - BKC office
