Job Description
Job Title: Admin and Inventory Manager Location: Bangalore, India Experience: Minimum 3 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin and Inventory Manager to oversee administrative operations and inventory control in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, vendor coordination, facility management, and ensure efficient inventory management systems are in place. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Operations: Oversee daily administrative and office management tasks Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to internal standards Manage facility upkeep, security, and maintenance activities Handle vendor contracts and service agreements Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Optimize administrative costs and processes Prepare and present administrative reports for management Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate availability Implement and maintain inventory control policies and systems Ensure timely receipt, proper storage, and dispatch of materials Conduct stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth operations Control costs related to inventory and procurement Generate inventory reports and analytics Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative and inventory management roles Preferably from renewable energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors Proficient in MS Office and inventory/ERP tools Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
