Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound sales call to generate and close leads. - Understand customer requirements and suggest the right interior materials. - Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors. - Follow up with leads, share pricing and product details, and close deals efficiently. - Maintain records of interactions and sales in the CRM system. - Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role. - Experience in the building materials or interior industry is a plus. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively. - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office. - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
