Operations Manager - NPD

Role Overview: We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented New Product Development (NPD) Operations Manager to lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. This role will be instrumental in translating ideas into tangible, market-ready products while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product development operations for new launches in the home care category (and adjacent personal care lines). Collaborate with the brand/marketing team to understand product briefs, consumer insights, and launch timelines. Work closely with the R&D team to develop effective and sustainable formulations that meet performance and cost targets. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and manufacturing partners for packaging and production. Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and sustainability benchmarks are met throughout the development process. Track progress across multiple workstreams, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and maintain documentation. Coordinate pilot production runs and support smooth transition to full-scale manufacturing. Liaise with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality, finance, marketing) to align on deliverables. What We're Looking For: Minimum 4 years of experience in managing product development operations in home care or personal care industries. Strong understanding of formulation development, packaging, and manufacturing processes. Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.
