Job Description

We're Hiring: Sr .NET Developer Location: Remote Contractor Role About the Role: We are looking for a talented Sr. .NET Developer with 5-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and containerizing .NET applications with Azure AKS and SQL Server. Angular experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Understand the overall operation of applications to identify inbound/outbound dependencies for containerization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions. Work closely with other technical teams during the containerization and upgrade processes. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and code quality. Optimize existing application flows during containerization. Lead repository containerization efforts for existing .NET API and Worker solutions. Support technology upgrades, including migrating from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 8 where needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-6 years of software development experience, particularly in containerized environment development and migration activities. Strong proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework. Hands-on experience containerizing applications and troubleshooting containerization issues. Strong analytical and reverse engineering skills. Solid experience with SQL Server and database design principles. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. (Bonus) High-level understanding of Angular development.
