Location: Mexico City Job Description 1.Store management: formulate and implement store operation strategies, including staffing, product management, customer service, store display, etc., to ensure operational efficiency and service quality, and ensure that customers receive a satisfactory service experience; 2.Responsible for the store's business goal management, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operational goals; 3.Team management and training:responsible for store operation team management and training, formulate and implement training plans, and improve the overall quality and service level of the team； 4.Responsible for the full process management and quality management of store goods,maintain good communication with the platform and headquarters, and cooperate with the implementation of store-related policies; 5.Market research and analysis: Conduct market research regularly, analyze competitors and market trends, and provide data support and decision-making basis for store construction and operation; collect and analyze customer feedback, put forward improvement suggestions, and enhance customer experience. Job Requirements: 1.2 years working experience in store management in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred; 2.Strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership; 3.First-line retail experience is preferred, and understanding the new retail of Xiaomi is preferred.
