Transportation Operation Manager-Mexico

Location:Mexico City Job Description 1.Responsible for end-to-end delivery management of regional transportation projects, coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure safe and timely cargo delivery.Establish dynamic capacity management system, monitor transportation network status in real-time, and resolve unexpected capacity shortages promptly; 2.Design customized transportation solutions integrating multimodal resources, continuously optimize cost efficiency and delivery timelines;Develop transportation quality monitoring system, utilize digital tools to analyze node data and identify process risks; 3. Lead transportation vendor sourcing and procurement, build qualified vendor pool, implement tiered management system.Manage vendor KPI evaluation system, regularly assess key metrics including delivery quality and on-time performance; 4.Optimize regional network layout, develop strategic transportation corridors to enhance end-to-end delivery capability.Drive transportation process standardization, establish contingency plans to ensure business continuity; Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or supply chain management, 5 years domestics transportation management experience, multinational project experience preferred; 2. Proficient in transportation resource planning, capacity scheduling and cost optimization with multi-modal solution design capability; 3.Familiar with international transport regulations and customs procedures, experienced in crisis management and risk control; 4.Proficient in Transportation or Warehouse Management System systems, skilled in transportation big data analysis; 5. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, fluent in both English and Spanish, willing for overseas business trip assignment.
