Warehouse Manager

Summary We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our distribution site. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable warehouse operations that meet service and cost expectations. You’ll be responsible for managing the warehouse operation trough 3PL, driving process excellence, and safeguarding inventory accuracy and cold chain standards. Responsibilities Lead on-site warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control. Manage and coach warehouse operators and frontline staff to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance. Ensure full execution of operational SOPs and alignment with cold chain and food safety standards. Collaborate with logistics, planning, and customer service teams to ensure OTIF delivery execution. Track and report KPIs (inventory accuracy, productivity, picking rates, turnaround times, damages, etc.). Lead daily shift huddles, warehouse audits, and incident response processes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability on-site Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Operations. 5 years of experience managing warehouse operations (FMCG, cold chain preferred). Proven leadership skills with frontline teams and shift-based operations. Knowledge of WMS systems, inventory management, and safety regulations. Hands-on, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset. Fluent in Spanish; basic English is a plus.
