HR Generalist / Trainer

We are looking for an HR Generalist / Trainer to join our team! What the position entails: This position leads the training needs, analysis, and design, and implements and evaluates craft training programs and competency frameworks. Collaborate with multiple disciplines leaders to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity and quality of work. Major Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training solutions Design and deliver training sessions, including lectures, workshops, and one-on-one coaching Assess employee performance and provide feedback to improve overall performance Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Support the development of training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment Ensure all training records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies Support in other HR roles and activities What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing training roles (HR) Excellent verbal and written communication skills English proficiency is a plus Ability to analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources to develop/recommend creative solutions or designs Excellent problem-solving skills At Brazeway, it’s about more than what we get done – it’s about how we do it.
