Commercial Director – B2B Banking Solutions | Mexico We are looking for a Commercial Director to build from scratch and lead the B2B enterprise sales strategy for a fast-expanding bank in Mexico. This isn’t about managing an existing team. Your main challenge will be to create, structure, and scale a new B2B sales division , targeting mid-market and large enterprise clients — companies that demand agility, tailored solutions, and real business value. It’s a role for someone who knows how to build a high-performing commercial machine — and not just “manage accounts.” What You'll Do Design, build, and lead the bank’s new B2B commercial division. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy focused on mid-sized and large enterprises. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team. Open strategic relationships and grow existing ones. Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Tech teams to deliver solutions that match real client needs. Hit and exceed acquisition, revenue, and portfolio growth targets. What We’re Looking For 10 years leading commercial or enterprise sales teams, ideally in corporate banking, B2B fintech, or financial services for businesses. Proven experience building and scaling sales teams from scratch. Ability to move between strategy and execution with ease. Strong network in the Mexican enterprise and mid-market ecosystem. High focus on results, strong execution culture, and strategic business thinking. Ability to influence C-level leadership and thrive in agile environments.
