Facility Coordinator

Position: Facility Coordinator Location: Cape Town Sector: Renewable Energy We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to support the operational performance and compliance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident managing project documentation, stakeholder coordination, and asset compliance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate facility management tasks across multiple assets Monitor contractual compliance and manage trackers for reporting Support the O&M team with documentation, scheduling, and contractor coordination Ensure performance guarantees, HSE compliance, and project documentation are adhered to Assist with warranty, insurance, and risk management matters Facilitate reporting, meetings, and communication across teams and stakeholders Requirements: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.) 2 years' experience in renewable energy and project coordination Understanding of EPC, O&M, and Power Purchase Agreements Solid MS Office skills and familiarity with SCADA and integrated systems Strong organisational and communication skills Willingness to travel occasionally
