Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, and report upwards to management. Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? Bachelor's degree or master's degree 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master Native Spanish Language and Advanced level of English (C1) Proven experience working with JIRA Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred WHERE AND WHEN?
