We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks : Collaborating with Customer IT Manager and other Chapter Leads to ensure both personal and professional satisfaction within the Spain squads(full TCS team members) Guiding and mentoring chapter members to foster growth and strengthen the Spain squads Defining and implementing ways of working to ensure quality and ownership of deliverables through sprints Enhancing team predictability and consistency in deliverables Define and Implement Java best practices, coding standards, and architecture over platforms and applications Conduct code reviews, training sessions , and skill development initiatives Collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions Promote Agile, DevOps and continuous improvement culture WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At least 8 years of experience in Java development (Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest APIs) Fluent English Experience with cloud (Azure, AWS (good to have) , CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes Strong understanding of system architecture and agile methodologies Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills WHERE AND WHEN?
