CoinDCX - Software Development Engineer - Test II/III - Performance Testing

Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of comprehensive Performance Test Plans for complex systems and applications. - Conduct a thorough analysis of system/application resource usage under various test conditions and provide detailed documentation and explanations for stakeholders. - Develop advanced performance scripts and build sophisticated mock services required for service or infrastructure-level testing using Python or Go. - Establish and maintain a comprehensive reliability matrix for various services and infrastructure components, along with setting up alerting and monitoring systems. - Proactively identify and resolve memory leaks, connection issues, and bottlenecks in applications, including debugging and troubleshooting. - Generate detailed performance graphs, session reports, and other related documentation for validation, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members (SDET1) and provide guidance in developing their skills and understanding of performance engineering. Requirements : - Proficiency in coding with Python, Go, and Shell scripting. - Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies. - In-depth knowledge of basic cloud architectures, specifically on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. - Experience in performance testing and engineering, including familiarity with various performance testing tools and methodologies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency. - Experience working in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. - Understanding of the fintech domain and related technologies. - Familiarity with additional performance monitoring and logging tools. - Proven track record of leading performance engineering projects and initiatives.
