AWS Data Engineer - Python

Job Title : Data Engineer : Type : Contract Introduction : We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working with cutting-edge technologies to design, develop, and manage data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and analytics for business insights. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services. - Implement ETL processes using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions. - Manage and optimize data storage solutions with AWS Redshift and S3. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems. - Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot data issues in real-time. - Support Power BI dashboard development and data visualization efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Strong experience with AWS services : RDS, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, Redshift, and S3. - Proficiency in building and maintaining ETL pipelines. - Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and database management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or SQL. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : - AWS Certified Data Engineer or equivalent certification in data analytics. - Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus. - Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
