X Developer - MS Dynamics 365/F&O

Position : Microsoft D365 F&O, X Developer Experience : 9 Years Location : Remote/US Shift (PAN INDIA) Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) X Developer with over 9 years of hands-on experience to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting customizations and extensions within the D365 F&O environment. Working in a US shift, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our clients' complex business : - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and extensions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X. - Develop and maintain custom forms, reports, workflows, integrations, and data entities. - Customize and configure standard D365 F&O modules to meet specific business needs. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines. - Develop and optimize complex SQL (MS TSQL, Postgres) queries and stored procedures. - Design and implement efficient database schemas and data models within the D365 F&O environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues. - Design, develop, and implement integrations between D365 F&O and external systems using D365 APIs (OData and REST endpoints). - Understand and implement secure API communication protocols. - Utilize Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for development, version control, and build processes. - Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment of D365 F&O customizations. - Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and functional capabilities across various modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management). - Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the D365 F&O environment. - Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand requirements and resolve issues effectively. - Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and other developers. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities. - Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and Capabilities (Minimum Requirements) : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience developing customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X. - Minimum of 7 years of experience with SQL (MS TSQL, Postgres) development, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures. - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with D365 APIs, including OData and REST endpoints for integrations. - Proven experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps, including configuration and automation of CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and its functional capabilities. - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Engagement). - Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). - Knowledge of industry-specific D365 F&O solutions. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of D365 F&O environments. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
