Position Overview : As a Backend Engineer at Ctruh Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall success of our tech stack. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Javascript/Typescript, MERN Stack, MongoDB - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize server-side applications. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Implement data storage solutions such as SQL and NoSQL databases. -Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows. - Follow best practices for code versioning, testing, and deployment. - Be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and technological advancements. Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role in software development. - Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js,Javascript/Typescript, MongoDB. - In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g.,MongoDB, Redis). - Experience with frameworks and tools like Express.js, or similar. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience with third-party integrations. - Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Web Services. - Experience with version control tools such as Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies. Work Schedule & Expectations : Working Days : - Monday to Friday: Work from Office - Saturday: Work from Home Work Timings : - 11:00 AM to 08:30 PM Note : Candidates should be willing to stretch working hours based on project requirements or deadlines.
