Job Description : EgisEdge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Lead to join our team on a contractual basis. This role requires an expert in Oracle Supply Chain Management applications, with a strong grasp of both technical and functional aspects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the implementation, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, ensuring seamless business operations and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. - Provide techno-functional expertise in Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, PDH (Product Data Hub), and PIM (Product Information Management). - Work on Fusion Cloud integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADF DI (Application Development Framework Desktop Integration), BIP (BI Publisher), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), SQL/PLSQL, and Workflow Approvals. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Oracle SCM Cloud applications. - Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and system extensions based on business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide optimized Oracle Fusion solutions. - Ensure best practices are followed in system configurations, customizations, and integrations. - Provide training and support to end users and cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience : - 8 to 15 years of experience in Oracle SCM applications, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. - Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and business flows. - Expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules. - Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud integrations, including OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI. - Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and BI reporting tools like OTBI and BIP. - Experience in designing custom reports, dashboards, and workflow automation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose system issues effectively. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Oracle Cloud SCM certification is a plus. - Prior experience in Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) migration to Fusion Cloud is desirable. - Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies for cloud implementations (ref:hirist.tech)
