Senior Visual Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Portfolio Required : Are you a visual storyteller who breathes creativity and loves shaping brand experiences? We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our design-driven team and lead impactful creative projects across digital, motion, and print mediums. This is your chance to work on meaningful design challenges, collaborate across teams, and mentor budding designers all while helping build a brand that truly speaks. What Youll Do : - Create high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, social, and print. - Develop brand systems, enforce guidelines, and drive design consistency. - Design motion graphics, explainer videos, and animations. - Leverage modern tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Lottie, Firefly, Runway ML. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams. - Manage design vendors and production for top-notch output. - Mentor junior designers and elevate design quality across the board. Were Looking For : - 6 years of experience in graphic/motion/visual design. - Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and video. - Experience with brand systems, storytelling, and creative strategy. - Passion for detail, trends, typography, and emerging tech (AI tools). - Prior experience working onsite with cross-functional teams preferred.
