Peoplesoft Consultant

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft applications and be capable of working independently in a remote setup. Key Responsibilities : - Provide expertise in the implementation, upgrade, and support of PeopleSoft applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Customize and configure PeopleSoft modules as per business needs. - Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft applications. - Document system configurations, processes, and technical Skills : - 4-8 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, etc.) - Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and Integration Broker. - Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and development methodologies. - Experience with upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and deliver within tight Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
