UI/UX Researcher - Wireframing & Prototyping Tools

Responsibilities : - Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and user journey mapping. - Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to identify pain points and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and development teams to translate research findings into actionable design decisions. - Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on research findings and business requirements, ensuring designs are user-centered and aligned with the overall product strategy. - Perform competitor analysis and keep up with industry trends to inform UX strategies. - Ensure that the design process is user-centered, improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. - Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving design decisions based on user insights. - Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and products. Requirements : - Experience : 5-9 years of total professional experience with at least 2-3 years dedicated to research. Skills : - Strong experience in user experience research techniques and methodologies. - Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong knowledge of usability testing, user interviews, and survey methods. - Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights for design teams, including the creation of wireframes and user flows. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate effectively across teams. - Understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices. - Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore for the contract period.
