What we are looking for : Requirements : - Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation. - Business Requirements : Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical solutions. - UI Development : Design and implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React- and Material UI and ensure the application is responsive and works flawlessly on all devices. - Reusable Component Development : Hands-on experience in creating reusable components using- React, ensuring code modularity and reusability. - State Management : Proficiency in working with state management systems like Redux, integrating them seamlessly into- React- applications for efficient data flow. - Material UI : Extensive use of Material UI components to design and develop consistent and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. - API Integration : Seamlessly integrate APIs to enhance functionality and performance. - Unit Testing : Develop and maintain- React- unit tests to ensure code reliability and performance. - Collaboration : Work closely with designers, tech leads, and backend engineers to translate designs into functional components. - Optimization : Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - SDLC and Agile : Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Qualifications : Experience : 4-6 years of Professional experience. Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
