ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Modules

ServiceNow Developer We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules, specifically focusing on ITSM modules, and will have the expertise to build and maintain robust workflows, integrations, and custom applications. The role requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, etc. - Customize and configure ServiceNow to align with business requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business processes. - Develop business rules, script includes, client scripts, and UI actions to meet business requirements and enhance the ServiceNow platform. - Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using various integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and web services. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices, including the development of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.). - Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Strong experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Imports, and more.
