Engineering Manager

The core responsibilities for the job include the following : Team and Agile Leadership : - Lead and mentor Agile software teams following Scrum methodology. - Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Promote innovation and engineering best practices. Customer Implementation : - Own customer implementations from discovery to deployment. - Liaise with clients to gather requirements and align expectations. - Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate feedback into the product roadmap. Project Management : - Define scope, timelines, and resourcing for projects. - Track delivery milestones, risks, and budgets. - Optimize team performance and productivity. Technical Oversight : - Provide hands-on guidance on MEAN stack implementation. - Ensure development quality, scalability, and timely releases. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Requirements : - Tech Stack : MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js ). - B. E. /B. Tech. /MCA with 60 % throughout academics. - 12 years in software engineering. - 3 years of Agile-based team leadership. - 3 years in client-facing delivery roles. - Strong hands-on knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js . - Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification. Preferred Skills : - FinTech experience is a plus. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools. (ref:hirist.tech)
