Job Title : Salesforce Application Developer Intermediate Location : Remote Contract Duration : 12 Months Notice Period : 0-15 Days Experience Required : 5-7 Years Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Application Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations. The developer will be actively involved in end-to-end development, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions. This role requires hands-on technical skills in both frontend and backend development, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise-level Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain robust Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Design and implement custom UI components using LWC to enhance user experience and optimize CRM usability. - Perform system integrations with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. - Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing customizations, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles to ensure high-quality delivery. - Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Produce technical documentation including solution designs, process flows, and deployment plans. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, staging, and production environments. - Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features, and assess their applicability to business Skills & Experience : - 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments. - Strong development experience in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduler). - Proficient in building and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via RESTful and SOAP APIs. - Experience in working on complex Salesforce implementations involving custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders. - Familiarity with development lifecycle tools (e.g., VS Code, Git, SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset). - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, security model, and performance optimization techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Good to Have : - Exposure to HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations or configuration. - Familiarity with AppExchange products and managed packages. - Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices. - Experience with Agile/Scrum (Preferred) : - Salesforce Platform Developer II - Salesforce Platform Developer I - Other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Integration Architecture Designer, Marketing Cloud Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Self-starter with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
