Job Title : Business Analyst - Teamcenter Configuration Company : Sunlight Technologies Inc Total Years of Experience : 8 years Relevant Years of Experience : 7 years Job Role : Business Analyst - Teamcenter Configuration Job Type : Contract to Hire Location : Hybrid India Offshore, Onsite Job Summary : Sunlight Technologies Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst - Teamcenter Configuration with 8 years of experience, including 7 years specifically in Teamcenter configuration, particularly in modules such as Product Structure Editor and Variant Configuration. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and a strong understanding of PLM-ERP processes. This is a Contract to Hire position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment while supporting and enhancing Teamcenter configuration solutions. Roles and Responsibilities : - Support and maintain Teamcenter configuration solutions, ensuring proper implementation and use of configuration features in collaboration with business users and digital architects. - Configure and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) in Teamcenter, ensuring structure and part numbering are set up correctly in the Product Structure Editor. - Perform thorough validations of workflows, ensuring all configurations are accurate and ready for data release. - Understand the PLM-ERP release process and ensure seamless integration between Teamcenter and ERP systems. - Act as the link between business users and digital architects, providing support and resolving issues related to Teamcenter configurations. - Develop, update, and maintain training materials for end-users, ensuring all stakeholders are adequately trained on Teamcenter processes and functionalities. - Effectively communicate issues and escalate when necessary to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. - Collaborate with business users and digital architects to enhance existing configuration solutions based on business needs. Skills : - Hands-on experience with Teamcenter modules, especially Product Structure Editor and Variant Configuration. - Expertise in managing and configuring Bills of Materials within Teamcenter, ensuring proper structure and part numbering. - Experience working in the automotive industry, specifically with PLM systems and processes related to automotive product development. - Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, providing professional support and maintaining positive relationships. - Strong ability to explain and document complex issues and solutions, adapting communication based on the audience's level of understanding.
