Java Developer - Spring Boot

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership : - Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and on-time project delivery. - SystemArchitecture : Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot. - Development : Write high-quality code and review code contributed by team members, actively participating in software development tasks. - Mentorship : Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team. - Project Management : Collaborate with project managers to plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. - CodeReviews : Perform regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical support to the team as needed. - Documentation : Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and technical solutions for future reference. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management, to ensure seamless project execution. - Innovation : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend the adoption of new tools and practices to improve development processes. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 5-6 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. - Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. - Proficiency in database design and SQL. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus. - Relevant certifications in Java and Spring Boot are a plus.
