Job Title : Apigee Senior Developer Location : Bangalore, India Experience : 5 Years Job Type : Contract Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Apigee Senior Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in API management, designing, developing, and implementing scalable API solutions using Apigee . Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement API proxies and policies using Apigee Edge. - Configure and manage API security, OAuth, and JWT authentication. - Develop and maintain API gateways, integrations, and microservices. - Optimize API performance and ensure scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs with backend services. - Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues, ensuring smooth operations. - Monitor API analytics and improve performance based on insights. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for API deployment and automation. Required Skills : - 5 years of experience in API development and management. - Strong hands-on experience with Google Apigee Edge (API proxies, policies, flows). - Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP services. - Experience in OAuth, JWT, API security, and authentication mechanisms. - Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or Java for API customization. - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure). - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment strategies. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
