About the Role : We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer Tech Lead with deep expertise in React, Node.js, and AWS, who can provide both technical leadership and hands-on development. In this role, you'll lead solution design, architecture, and delivery of complex, scalable software systems, while mentoring a talented engineering team and collaborating across functions. Requirements : - 8 years in full-stack development (React, Node.js). - Strong knowledge of AWS : Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS. - Experience with Terraform & serverless architectures. - Skilled in microservices & enterprise integrations. - Proven team leadership and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities : - Architect full-stack applications with React & Node.js. - Design serverless, cloud-native systems using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.). - Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. - Build and manage AWS Step Functions workflows. - Integrate with platforms like Salesforce, Zuora, Commerce Tools. - Lead code reviews, performance optimization, and issue & Collaboration : - Mentor engineers and promote best practices. - Work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams. - Contribute to hiring and team development. - Ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
