Oracle Technical Consultant

Job Title : Oracle Technical Apps Location : Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune. Experience : 6-10 Years Job Type : Contract Duration : 6 Months Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide technical expertise in Oracle R12.2 or above, with a focus on General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, and Order Management modules. - Develop and maintain technical solutions using PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and Oracle APIs. - Perform system technical tasks including setups, configurations, and troubleshooting. - Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound B2B integrations. - Ensure seamless data exchange between Oracle E-Business Suite and external systems. - Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages. - Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and system administration. - Analyze and optimize SQL queries for performance improvement. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle E-Business Suite. - Provide timely and effective resolution to production support issues. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems. - Ensure program code is written according to documented software development processes and standards (SDLC). - Experience in Agile methodology is an advantage. - Work with standard Oracle APIs for integration and customization. - Debug and resolve issues related to standard APIs. - Apply excellent functional knowledge in setup and implementation of various Oracle E-Business Suite modules. - Demonstrate strong business acumen, understanding how business applications can improve processes, service operations, and customer support. - Develop robust technical designs, considering scalability, performance, and architecture. - Demonstrate Oracle Applications Architecture-level experience. - Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills. - Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge in Business Process Integration, Service Orchestration, and Routing using Oracle SOA Suite Fusion Products (BPEL, ESB, OSB, and Web Services) is an advantage. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Apps Consultant. - Strong experience with Oracle R12.2 or above. - Proficiency in PL/SQL and Unix scripting. - Experience with B2B integrations and Oracle APIs. - Strong SQL tuning and performance optimization skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies (advantage). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills : - Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 or above (General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Order Management). - PL/SQL. - Unix scripting. - SQL tuning and performance optimization. - Oracle APIs. - B2B integrations. - Oracle Applications Architecture. - Oracle SOA Suite Fusion Products (BPEL, ESB, OSB, Web Services) (advantage). - SDLC. - Agile methodologies (advantage). Preferred Qualifications : - Oracle certifications related to E-Business Suite. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications. - Experience in working with global teams.
