Job Description

Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Servicenow Developer. This role requires a dynamic professional who can adapt to evolving business needs and drive value through their expertise. Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs. They will work closely with stakeholders to deliver process automation, integrations, and customized configurations. Key Responsibilities : 1. ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration : - Configure and implement ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules to meet business requirements. - Develop workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and scripts in ServiceNow. - Customize forms, fields, notifications, and UI/UX elements based on user needs. - Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications (e.g., HRMS, CRM, ITOM). 2. Process Automation & Optimization : - Analyse business processes and recommend automation solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow, and Integration Hub. - Implement case management, employee service center, knowledge management, and SLA tracking. - Enhance customer/employee experience by leveraging Virtual Agent, AI, and machine learning features. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Design : - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Conduct workshops and provide ServiceNow best practices and governance. - Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and training materials. 4. Integration & Data Management : - Configure REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems. - Manage data migration, imports, and transformation maps. - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with IT security standards. 5. Testing, Deployment & Support : - Conduct UAT, performance testing, and post-deployment reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents, issues, and enhancement requests. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and administrators. Required Qualifications : - 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation. - Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.). - Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Hub. - Knowledge of MID Server, Web Services (REST, SOAP), and ServiceNow integrations. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or CSM (mandatory, any one or more). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, App Engine, or Performance Analytics. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery. - Familiarity with HRIS, CRM, or ticketing system integrations. - NOW Platform Development & Administration - ITIL v4 Certified (ref:hirist.tech)
