Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience integrating MuleSoft and leveraging Tableau for analytics and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, deliver enterprise-grade solutions, and drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities : - Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud based on business requirements. - Lead the design and integration of MuleSoft APIs with Salesforce and other enterprise applications. - Utilize Tableau for creating advanced dashboards and reports, integrating with Salesforce data. - Provide technical leadership during all phases of the project lifecyclefrom design and development to deployment and maintenance. - Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather functional and non-functional requirements. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on architecture and implementation plans. - Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices and governance standards. - Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators. - Stay current with Salesforce platform innovations and drive adoption of new features. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 9 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture and development. - Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Solid experience in Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft. - Experience with Tableau (CRM Analytics or Tableau Desktop/Server). - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and Lightning Web Components. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Lightning Framework. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
