Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and passionate Java Tech Lead to join our growing engineering team. As a tech lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable microservices and APIs in a cloud-native environment. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect robust backend systems while mentoring engineers and ensuring high code quality. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based microservices. - Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, and Kafka. - Drive adoption of design patterns, best coding practices, and performance tuning strategies. - Build and optimize low-latency, high-throughput APIs with database efficiency. - Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, and automated deployments. - Monitor and debug production systems using tools like Kibana, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus/Grafana. - Work in an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions. - Drive code quality via code reviews, automated testing, static analysis, and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team growth.
