Full Stack Developer - C#/.Net/React.js

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft tech stack (.NET Core/C#), ReactJS, and Azure. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with an understanding of business-critical workflows, particularly in Finance and Operations domains. As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable applications while ensuring robust integrations with frontend and backend services. You will also play a key role in improving internal processes and enhancing system reliability through automation, monitoring, and best DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities : - Develop robust and scalable backend services using C#/.NET Core, Web APIs, and RESTful services. - Build interactive, responsive UIs using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Design and manage database schemas and write optimized queries using SQL Server. - Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using Azure DevOps pipelines and other CI/CD tools. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Ops, Customer Support) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Automate repetitive workflows using scripting and backend logic; identify opportunities for system/process optimization. - Ensure system observability with proper logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure tools or third-party platforms. - Write clear and concise technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for system operations and workflows. - Adhere to best practices for version control, branching strategies, rollback, and release management. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5 years of hands-on development experience in C#/.NET (including .NET Core). - Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms. - Strong experience in ReactJS and TypeScript for frontend development. - Proficiency in SQL Server, database design, and query optimization. - Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, etc.). - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially using Azure DevOps. - Version control using Git and best practices in code reviews and agile workflows. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-accountability environments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have : - Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate. - Prior experience in domains like Finance, Insurance, Reimbursement, or Operations. - Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Understanding of secure coding practices and performance tuning.
