MS Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Description : Job Title : MS Dynamics D365 CE (Customer Engagement) Consultant Shift Timings : Should be available till 10-11 PM IST Location : Remote, Work from Home Experience required : 7 to 15 years This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain workflows, sales processes, and system integrations to improve operational efficiency and data consistency. Key Responsibilities : CRM (D365 CE) Lead Management : - Improve lead management processes and data consistency - Standardize and govern accounts, contacts, and lead data through Master Data Management (MDM) - Configure system elements to enhance sales tracking and reporting Product Management Integration : - Optimize Ratelinx/TMS integration for accurate shipping workflows - Standardize Unit of Measure (UOM) and replenishment processes - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM and supply chain needs System Integration Optimization : - Develop and manage D365 CE integrations with third-party platforms like DynamicWeb - Ensure seamless data flow between CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications - Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance system performance and usability Required Skills Experience : - Minimum 5 Years Experience in D365 - Holding a Microsoft Certification for D365 professional - Extensive expertise in D365 CE (Customer Engagement), including configuration, customization, and best practices - Experience in DynamicWeb Integration and CRM-ERP integrations - Strong understanding of supply chain workflows, lead management, and sales processes - Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM) strategies for CRM data governance - Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems), preferably Ratelinx - Knowledge of Unit of Measure (UOM) standardization and replenishment processes - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams - Ability to drive process improvements, system optimization, and user adoption Preferred Qualifications : - Tech/ BE/ MCA from reputed universities/ College - Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) - Background in supply chain management, logistics, or manufacturing - Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud integration tools - Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
