Interview Process : - Level 1 : Virtual Interview. - Level 2 : Walk-In Interview. Job Description : We are looking for experienced and skilled Mainframe Senior Developers to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and a solid understanding of SQL and DB2. Experience in supporting TBA applications will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities : - Provide end-to-end application support for Mainframe systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to COBOL, CICS, and JCL programs. - Ensure high performance, availability, and reliability of mainframe-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and support services. - Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvements. Required Skills : - Strong development and support experience in COBOL, CICS, and JCL. - Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of DB2. - Experience in TBA applications is a plus. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
