Project Manager - Reports & Delivery

Work Mode : WFO (5days from office) What You'll Do : - We are looking for a detail-oriented technical project manager to oversee all project operations from inception to execution. - A Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within a company. - They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. - A Technical Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns. - Additionally, they will hire and train additional support member in a business's tech department. - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Develop a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems. - Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects. - Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. - Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. - Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. - Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. - Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. - Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made. - Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Who You'll Need To Be : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field with Master's degree in management. - Proven working experience in project management. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Sound technical knowledge. - Basic SQL Knowledge. - Basic Database Understanding. - The ability to multitask effectively. - The ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Fintech domain knowledge is an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
