Position Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist who can independently manage data science initiatives, build predictive models, and derive actionable insights from large and complex datasets. The ideal candidate should be adept in Python, experienced with a wide range of machine learning techniques, and have a solid grounding in statistical analysis. This role requires working closely with stakeholders across business functions to embed analytics into strategic and operational decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to address business challenges and improve decision-making processes. - Work extensively with structured and unstructured data to uncover meaningful patterns and trends. - Utilize Python and popular ML libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras) for building and optimizing predictive models. - Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand the underlying structure of data, identify anomalies, and formulate hypotheses. - Build and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows to enable scalable and repeatable data science solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, product, and business to define project objectives and deliverables. - Translate complex analytical solutions into clear business insights through data storytelling and visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly. - Continuously research and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI. - Apply statistical methods and hypothesis testing to validate models and ensure their reliability in production environments. - Deliver high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Strong programming proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch. - In-depth knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, feature engineering, model evaluation metrics, and data preprocessing techniques. - Proven experience in SQL and working with relational databases for querying, joining, and aggregating data. - Solid background in statistical analysis, probability theory, and mathematical modeling. - Strong ability to analyze large datasets, derive insights, and build predictive solutions that scale. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and innovation. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) : - Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or other marketing analytics techniques. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying ML models and data pipelines. - Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks. - Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Deep Learning. - Understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
