Job Title : Teamcenter Developer Company : Sunlight Technologies Inc Total Years of Experience : 5 years Relevant Years of Experience : 4 years Job Role : Teamcenter Developer Job Type : Contract to Hire Location : Hybrid Bangalore Job Summary : Sunlight Technologies Inc. is seeking a Teamcenter Developer with 5 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITK, RAC, BMIDE solutions, and Teamcenter data migration, as well as proficiency in programming and troubleshooting. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable PLM solutions, integrating Teamcenter with CAD and ERP systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrades, and customization projects. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Teamcenter configurations and technical solutions. - Configure and customize Teamcenter modules, workflows, and lifecycles according to business needs. - Develop and customize ITK, RAC, and BMIDE solutions to extend and enhance Teamcenter functionality. - Work on Teamcenter data migration, deployment, and performance optimization to ensure smooth transitions. - Apply expertise in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, XML, and SOA for Teamcenter development and integrations. - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to design and implement seamless PLM solutions. - Integrate Teamcenter with CAD systems (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and other enterprise platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter application issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering their development. Mandatory Skills : - Expertise in configuring and customizing Teamcenter modules, workflows, and lifecycles. - Proficiency in ITK (C/C++), RAC, and BMIDE for development and customization. - Strong knowledge of C, C++, Java, JavaScript for development. - Proficient in working with XML, SOA, and integration tools for Teamcenter. - Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and other enterprise systems. - Proven experience in handling Teamcenter data migration, deployment, and performance tuning. - Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving Teamcenter-related issues. - Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and communication skills. Desired Skills : - Knowledge of integrating Teamcenter with CAD tools like NX, CATIA, and SolidWorks. - Familiarity with integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). - Experience with cloud-based deployment models for PLM solutions. - Proficiency in Shell/Python scripting for automation tasks. - Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, and iterative development.
