Manager - Data Analytics

Company Description : At Beco, we're dedicated to making sustainability accessible and convenient for all. As a fast-growing FMCG start-up, we plan to scale rapidly over the next five years. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Data Analytics Manager who can harness the power of data to drive actionable insights and support key strategic decisions. Responsibilities : - Build data pipelines and work on integrations across all functions. - Lead data analysis efforts to support business functions, including sales, supply chain, and marketing. - Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards for performance tracking. - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics needs and deliver insights. - Manage data integrity and ensure high-quality reporting standards. - Provide recommendations based on data insights to support strategic business decisions. - Manage and mentor a young team of analysts. Skills Required : - Understanding of SAP or equivalent ERPs. - Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. - Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
