Job Title : Solution Architect Lead- MERN Stack. Experience Required : Minimum 8 years (15 years overall preferred). Location : Chennai (Work from Office). Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred. Mode of Interview : Virtual and Walkin. Key Responsibilities : - Design and architect scalable, enterprise-grade MERN stack applications. - Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and microservice-based architectures. - Lead discussions with stakeholders and drive technical decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, UI/UX) for end-to-end delivery. - Conduct performance tuning, architecture reviews, and security assessments. - Define development standards and mentor engineering teams. - Ensure seamless integration with APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms. - Stay abreast of emerging tech and continuously recommend stack improvements. Key Skills (Technical & Non-Technical) : - Core Stack : MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. - Architecture : RESTful APIs, Microservices, Serverless Designs. - Cloud Platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP (Cloud-native architectures). - DevOps Tools : Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines. - Security & Performance : Strong knowledge of best practices in architecture optimization and security. - Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management. - Nice to Have : GraphQL, Next.js, TypeScript, Data Visualization, AI/ML exposure.
