Android Lead Developer

Android Lead We are seeking a talented Android Lead to join our team based in Viman Nagar, Pune. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 to 9 years of experience in Android development, particularly in building modern, scalable, and high-performance Android applications. The successful candidate will have expertise in Android, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and a solid understanding of MVVM/Clean Architecture. Key Responsibilities : - Android App Development : Lead the development of Android applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robust architecture. - Tech Leadership : Mentor and guide junior developers, review code, and ensure best practices are followed in design and development. - Architecture Design : Implement MVVM and Clean Architecture principles to build maintainable, testable, and scalable applications. - Jetpack Compose : Leverage Jetpack Compose for building modern, declarative UI components, ensuring smooth, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing mobile applications. - Code Quality : Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while adhering to industry standards for code quality, security, and performance. - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and feature implementation. - Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Android development, Kotlin, and other related technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Android development with expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. - MVVM/Clean Architecture : Solid understanding and hands-on experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture to build maintainable and testable applications. - Android Framework : Strong understanding of Androids architecture components, including LiveData, ViewModel, Room, and Navigation. - UI Development : Proficient in building modern UIs using Jetpack Compose and integrating them with app functionalities. - Version Control : Proficient with Git for source control and working in a collaborative team environment.
