Position : Tech Lead - MERN. Location : Chennai (Work from Office). Reporting To : [Hiring Manager/Department - as per client input]. Number of Positions : 1. Experience Required : 10 Years. Key Responsibilities : - Write clean, scalable, testable, and efficient code using best development practices. - Understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements. - Design and manage backend & frontend architecture for high-performance applications. - Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of project elements. - Build RESTful web services and APIs. - Integrate and manage databases like MongoDB and MySQL. - Maintain, expand, and scale existing applications. - Ensure application security, session handling, and adherence to deployment best practices. - Balance multiple project priorities and meet deadlines. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.
