Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design effective solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities : - Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation. - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (i.e., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain) to meet client requirements. - Develop workflows, business rules, and custom entities. - Perform data migration and integration with other systems. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Design and document solution architecture and technical specifications. - Develop and implement custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Work with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. - Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Identify and resolve defects and performance issues. - Ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality. - Develop training materials and documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve user issues. - Participate in project planning and execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. - Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and functionality. - Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. - Experience with data migration and integration. - Experience with the Power Platform. - Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration and customization. - Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies. - Experience with web services and APIs. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong documentation skills. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. - Experience in specific industry verticals (i.e., manufacturing, finance, retail). - Experience with Agile methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
