Location : Bhubneswar Experience : 5 Years Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bhubneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, excellent development skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in building and maintaining scalable and efficient solutions that drive business decisions and improve operational Roles and Responsibilities : Salesforce Customization and Configuration : - Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, including custom fields, custom objects, layouts, workflows, Process Builder flows, and validation rules. - Configure and manage Salesforce permissions, roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards. - Develop and implement logical formulas within Salesforce for automation and data Web Components (LWC) Development : - Mandatory implementation experience on Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Develop and maintain applications using LWC, leveraging its features for building responsive and performant user interfaces. - Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of LWC concepts such as Events, PubSub Model (both LWC and Aura), Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods, and the usage of Apex Classes with both Wire and imperative calls. - Implement and utilize Lightning Data Service (LDS) effectively in both LWC and Aura and Visualforce Development : - Develop custom APEX classes, triggers, Batch Jobs, and Scheduled Jobs to implement complex business logic. - Create and maintain custom Visualforce pages and components as Design and Integration : - Design and develop robust and scalable APIs for integrating Salesforce with other internal and external systems. - Utilize various integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between Migration and Management : - Plan and execute data migration and data cleansing activities across different Salesforce environments (e.g., Sandbox, Production). - Utilize Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader) effectively for data Design and Estimation : - Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed Salesforce solutions and enhancements. - Articulate the benefits and potential risks associated with the feasibility and functionality of different solution Testing, and Documentation : - Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations. - Write clear and concise technical documentation for implemented solutions. - Perform thorough unit testing and participate in system integration Platform Knowledge : - Stay updated on the latest Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions. - Understand and apply Salesforce best practices and design Analysis and Collaboration : - Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements. - Collaborate effectively with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to deliver impactful and Implementation : - Support testing and implementation plans, including the development of user training materials and documentation. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they Development Fundamentals : - Possess a strong understanding of software development processes and best practices. - Have experience in software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem, demonstrating a broader understanding of programming concepts and Solution Development : - Build customized solutions that directly support business requirements and drive important business decisions by developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and Skills : - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (e.g., declarative tools). - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. - Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques (REST, SOAP). - Proficiency in using Salesforce development tools (e.g., Developer Console, VS Code with Salesforce Extensions). - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a Skills : - Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II). - Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
