Job Title : Teamcenter AWC Customization Developer Job Type : Contract to Hire Experience : 5 years Location : Hybrid - Bangalore Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Teamcenter AWC Customization Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in ITK development, Active Workspace customization, and enterprise PLM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in programming, system integration, and automation for delivering scalable PLM solutions. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining Teamcenter customizations and integrations, as well as optimizing deployment processes. Role & Responsibilities : - Define technical requirements for Teamcenter system development based on business objectives and user needs. - Develop and maintain custom Teamcenter solutions using ITK (C/C++), SOA, and REST APIs (Java/Typescript). - Configure and customize Active Workspace (AWC) interfaces, including user components, style, and behavior customizations to ensure seamless user experiences. - Work with XML, XSLT for mapping, configuration, and exchanging data between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems. - Automate deployment, integration, and testing processes using scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Groovy. - Set up and manage configurations including BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Rule Tree, Transfer Modes, Query Builder, Preferences, and Style Sheets. - Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to PLM and CAD integrations. - Write Unit Test Cases and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. - Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment. - Provide ongoing PLM support to end-users, troubleshoot issues related to Teamcenter and CAD tools like CATIA V5. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and resolve integration related challenges. Mandate Skills : - Deep understanding of Teamcenter Core and its configuration tools. - Experience in customizing AWC, including user interfaces and system behavior. - Expertise in ITK development to customize and extend Teamcenter functionality. - Experience developing and consuming REST APIs for system integrations. - Proficient in working with XML and XSLT for data manipulation and system integration. - Strong experience with Teamcenter configuration tools and workflow management. - Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and Docker for efficient development and deployment. - Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for automation. - Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and task prioritization. - Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models for PLM solutions. Desired Skills : - Knowledge of CAD tools like NX, SolidWorks, and integration techniques for Teamcenter. - Experience with integrating Teamcenter with CATIA V5. - Understanding of service-oriented architecture and PLM web service integrations. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Groovy to automate tasks and processes. - Experience using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
