React Native Developer

Job Title : Senior React Native Developer Location : Hybrid Employment Type : Contract - 3 - 6 Months Exp - 6years NP - Immediate Job Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Native Developer to lead the setup and architecture design of our new mobile app, migrating from an existing Android application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, mobile application development, and a deep understanding of scalable and maintainable architectures. This role will involve setting up standards, tools, and frameworks, as well as ensuring the long-term health and scalability of the app. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of the app architecture for React Native project. - Define coding best practices and architectural standards to ensure the codebase is scalable, maintainable, and easy to test. - Collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth integration with the backend APIs and services. - Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following the established coding standards. - Develop features and modules for the React Native app - Ensure cross-platform compatibility, responsive design, and a high-quality user experience. - Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to other developers on the team. - Establish coding standards and enforce them through code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring. Required Skills : - 6 years of experience in React Native mobile app development. - Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and modular app architectures. - In-depth knowledge of mobile app development principles, including performance optimization, UI responsiveness, and accessibility. - Strong proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript. - Hands-on knowledge of native Android modules Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
